Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your furniture item must be unused, unassembled, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Items must not show signs of wear, stains, odors, damage, or modification.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain furniture and home items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or personalized furniture
- Made-to-order items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Assembled, installed, or modified furniture
- Used mattresses, pillows, cushions, or upholstered items
- Items damaged due to improper assembly, use, storage, or care
- Gift cards
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:
- Furniture with minor signs of use
- Items not returned in their original packaging
- Items missing parts, hardware, manuals, or accessories
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Shipping fees, handling fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an incorrect item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale, clearance, and final sale items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace furniture items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an incorrect item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Furniture items should be packed securely to prevent damage during return shipping. For large or high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that it will arrive without damage.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
